Why should I book with Thawisely.com?

We believe in overall sustainability in every aspect of our lives. Thailand is one of the most visited countries in the world, expected to welcome over 67 million tourists in 2027. This is a huge task for the country. We wished for a more feasible and sustainable way to travel around, so we came up with Thaiwisely. A digital travel platform built to aggregate transportation providers, tours and experiences. By connecting them together, we are making the booking process and traveling around as convenient as never before.

All our transportation providers are verified by Thaiwisely. Any complaints from our customers towards any transportation provider mean we have to double-check provider's eligibility. This can result in excluding the provider from our platform if we find received complaints reasonable and the provider does not respond to our feedback. We are certified by the Tourism Authority of Thailand under registration number 24/00631. We want you to enjoy your journey and we will do our best to achieve it.

Why do I see connections with transfers in the search results, what is it for?

Our goal is to connect whole Thailand from A to Z. To achieve this, we are searching for the best possible routes from origin to your desired destination by creating transfers. You can see direct routes in your results if we currently offer some, but you can also see routes with transfers. This works basically the same way like flight transfers at airports, the only difference is that here you get to discover another beautiful Thai destination on the way and it might be even cheaper than a direct connection. We have huge plans for transfers in the future as we believe it would be a shame to miss the opportunity to see more of this country.

What if I miss my connection with a ticket that contains transfers?

We guarantee transfers offered by us. If you miss your second or third connection and it is not your fault (e.g. by having enough time to arrive in your departure location but arriving late, or not arriving at all), we will find another connection for you on our expense. Because this might happen due to many direct/indirect events we strongly recommend everyone having a flight booked, to arrive in a location nearby the airport one day before the departure, we are not responsible for any missed flights.

Payments and Ticketing

How long does it take to receive my ticket after I paid?

After your payment is accepted by us and you are shown a confirmation page it usually takes up to 10 minutes to receive e-ticket and your invoice to your e-mail inbox specified in booking details.

I didn't receive my ticket, what should I do?

If you didn't receive your ticket and it's been more than 10 minutes, it might happen, that your e-mail server is deferring the e-mail from us, or there's been any other issue with the processing of your ticket. In this case, please send us an e-mail to support@thaiwisely.com.
