Refunds & Cancellations Policy
We currently offer to our customers the right of cancellation with the following restrictions:
- 7 days (or more) before departure: the customer will receive a full refund.
- between 7 and 3 days before departure: the customer will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
- 72 hours (or less) before the departure: the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Any request of refund/cancellation must be requested contacting as at email@example.com specifying as subject of the email the following text: “Request of Cancellation”. We will promptly analyze your case and provide a feedback inherently to your request.
